Spring Venture, the multiple graded stakes-winning daughter of Spring At Last, sold for $625,000 as a racing/broodmare prospect in Monday’s Fasig-Tipton November sale.
The 3-year-old filly, consigned as hip No. 156 by Bluewater Sales, agent, was purchased by Greg James Perry.
Spring Venture, winner of the 2012 Natalma S. (G2) and Mazarine S. (G3), continued her success this year with a victory in the OBS Filly Division Championship S.
Spring Venture is one of four stakes winners this year by Spring At Last, who is in the top 10 on the Second Crop Sire list with nearly $1.7 million in progeny earnings.
