Outwork got his first stakes winner over the Labor Day weekend when Samborella scored by 2 1/4-lengths in the Sept. 4 Seeking the Ante S. at Saratoga.
Samborella broke her maiden in the Seeking the Ante after running third in her July 24 debut over the same track. The bay filly is owned by Gold Square LLC, It’s All About The Girls Stable LLC, Paul Braverman et al. She was bred in Kentucky by WinStar Farm.
Outwork now has eight individual winners, second-most on the First-Crop sire list, with each of the eight juveniles winning at different tracks at distances from 4 ½ furlongs to one mile.
