Not This Time has enjoyed tremendous success with the Awesome Again branch of Deputy Minister. His Champion Turf Horse, Up to the Mark, is out of a mare by Awesome Again son, Ghostzapper, grade one winner Princess Noor is out of mare by Awesome Again son, Wilko, and millionaire Next is out of a mare by Awesome Again himself. This also suggests mares by Paynter and Oxbow.
Deputy Minister is Northern Dancer line horse, and Not This Time already has two stakes winners from the Sadler’s Wells branch of that line through Medaglia d‘Oro (sire of Violence and Warrior’s Reward) and Paddy O’Prado, both sons of El Prado.
Not This Time’s grade one winning sprint filly, Just One Time, is out of a mare by Speightstown (sire of Munnings) from the Gone West line. Not This Time has Champion Epicenter and graded winner Simplification of a mare by Candy Ride from the Fappiano line. On the cross with Fappiano line mares there is a grade two winner by Not This Time out of a mare by Unbridled son, Empire Maker and a stakes winner out of a mare by his son Pioneerof the Nile (sire of American Pharoah, Cairo Prince and Classic Empire).
