Swiss Skydiver flew through the stretch at Churchill Downs to win her debut very impressively, hitting the wire 5 1/2-lengths ahead of the field in Saturday’s seven-furlong maiden special weight race for 2-year-old fillies.
Daredevil, a son of leading sire More Than Ready, is the sire of 10 stakes winners and three stakes horses from his first crop.
After being bottled up near the back of the pack early on, Swiss Skydiver came four-wide into the stretch and rolled by the field to win going away in 1:23.93 on a fast main track.
Bred by WinStar Farm, the chestnut filly is owned by Peter Callahan.
