The filly, cataloged as hip No. 634 and consigned by Mayberry Farm, agent, went to Batchelor Family Trust.
The chestnut juvenile is out of the stakes-winning Street Cry mare Onebadkitty and hails from the family of Grade 1-winning millionaire Cost of Freedom.
Carpe Diem’s 2-year-olds are averaging $134,642 at auction this year, with prices up to $650,000 for a colt named Understood at the Fasig-Tipton March Sale.
