Overanalyze became the first Freshman sire of 2017 to get six winners when the 2-year-old filly Analyzeyurspending broke her maiden by an impressive 5 3/4-lengths July 10 at Delaware Park.
Trained by Scott Lake for her owner/breeder Repole Stable, Analyzeyurspending led the entire five furlongs and was never seriously threatened at any point, winning in hand in 1:00.19 on a fast track.
Analyzeyurspending is the first foal to race out of Repole’s graded stakes-placed mare Stopspendingmaria.
Overanalyze’s first crop has come out very strong, winning maiden special weight races at Belmont Park and Aqueduct, among others. His first 2-year-olds at auction have brought up to $315,000.
