A Life That’s Good surged past odds-on favorite Summer Brew in the final furlong of Monday’s $50,000 Niagara S. at Finger Lakes to tally a 1 1/4-length win for the 3-year-old daughter of Congrats.
The win came just two days after Congrats’ Bango took the Kelly’s Landing S. at Churchill Downs and gave the WinStar stallion his fifth stakes winner of 2021.
Trained by Jeremiah Englehart for owner/breeder Emcee Stable, A Life That’s Good has now won two of her four starts and earned $72,850. The bay filly is out of Lion’s Terms and is a half-sister to three-time stakes winner I Still Miss You.
