Freshman sire Daredevil got his latest winner on Sept. 17 when Secret Formula uncorked a big rally in the final quarter-mile to break her maiden by 1 1/4-lengths in the six-furlong contest for 2-year-old fillies (VIDEO).
Racing for her breeders WinStar Farm and Blazing Meadows Farm, Secret Formula ran down a loose-on-the-lead Diva Power with a furlong to run before drawing off for the win.
Secret Formula is out of Private Cause, who has already produced a pair of stakes horses and was a two-time stakes winner herself.
Daredevil has already produced three stakes horses from his first crop of runners, led by two-time stakes winner Deviant and Grade 2-placed Shedaresthedevil.
