Hip No. 305, a chestnut daughter of Super Saver, flew through a quarter-mile in :20 2/5 seconds during Friday’s session of the Under Tack Show for the upcoming March 12-13 OBS March Sale of 2-year-olds in Training.
The work was the fastest of the day at the distance.
The filly, consigned by Woodford Thoroughbreds, is scheduled to sell on Wednesday.
The Kentucky-bred is the second foal out of the Grade 2-placed Majestic Warrior mare Macha, who is a half-sister to graded winner Maldita Primavera.
Super Saver was one of the leading sires of 2-year-olds in 2018 and his runners have kicked off 2019 in style, accounting for two stakes wins, five stakes horses, and 29 individual winners to date.
