Distorted Humor’s Dac annexes Turfway’s Prairie Bayou S.

Amanda and Jose Sarinna’s well-bred 4-year-old Dac notched his first stakes win on Saturday in the $50,000 Prairie Bayou S. at Turfway Park.

The son of Distorted Humor, out of Grade 1 winner Corrazona, is a half-brother to multiple graded stakes winner Olmodavor, stakes winner Slow Down, and a pair of stakes-placed winners.

Campaigned primarily on the turf this year, Dac took to Turfway’s synthetic surface, rallying from ninth after a quarter mile to take the lead outside the quarter pole en route to a one-length victory (VIDEO).

Dac was bred in Kentucky by Wertheimer and Frere and is Distorted Humor’s 11th black type winner of 2015.
