Tiznow and More Than Ready added to the luster of WinStar’s sales results at the Oct. 20-22 Fasig-Tipton Kentucky October Yearlings sale with two of the top five-selling colts during the three-day auction.
Hip No. 652, by Tiznow, brought a winning bid of $320,000 from Pegasus Bridge LLC. Consigned by Lanes End, agent, the colt is out of Lasting Appeal, a full sister to Grade 2 winner Jump Start.
Hip No. 611, by More Than Ready, sold for $295,000 to agent Mike Ryan. Consigned by Hermitage Farm, the colt is out of Early Times Mint Julep S. (G3) winner Kiss the Devil, making him a half-brother to the multiple stakes winners Kiss Mine and Kiss Moon.
